HYDROVERSE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of swimming coaching services by Hydroverse Ltd (“Hydroverse”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to all clients (“you”, “your”).
By booking, enrolling in, or participating in any Hydroverse service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Hydroverse provides adult-focused swimming services including, but not limited to:
  • 1:1 and 2:1 private swimming lessons
  • Group swimming lessons
  • Membership-based programs
  • 12-week structured swimming courses
  • Online coaching programs
  • Digital learning content (videos, e-books, guides and others)
Services may be delivered in person, online, or via a hybrid model.

2. Eligibility
  • Hydroverse services are intended for adults aged 18 and over, unless otherwise stated.
  • By participating, you confirm that you are medically fit to engage in swimming activities.
  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.

3. Bookings, Memberships & Payments
  • All bookings and memberships must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
  • 12-week courses are paid in full upfront unless a payment plan is agreed.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Membership Notice

4.1 In-Person Lessons
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an in-person lesson.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
  • Hydroverse reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, pool closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Online Coaching
  • Online coaching memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • No refunds are provided
    for partial months.

4.3 Membership Cancellation & Notice Period
  • All Hydroverse memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
  • Notice must be submitted in writing via email to contact@hydroverse.co.uk or through the official booking platform.
  • Your membership and payments will remain active during the notice period.
  • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions during this period.
  • Promotional or discounted memberships are also subject to this 30-day notice requirement.

5. Refund Policy
  • Trial sessions, memberships, and courses are non-refundable once commenced.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, including during any applicable notice period.
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at Hydroverse’s discretion.
  • Promotional offers and discounted packages are non-refundable.

6. Health, Safety & Liability
  • Swimming involves inherent risks.
  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • You agree to follow all coaching instructions and pool safety rules.
  • Hydroverse instructors hold appropriate qualifications and insurance.
  • Hydroverse is not liable for injuries resulting from:
    • Failure to follow instructions
    • Undisclosed medical conditions
    • Misuse of facilities

7. Pool Facilities & Conduct
When attending in-person sessions, you agree to:
  • Follow pool rules and safety guidance
  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow swimmers with respect
  • Use facilities responsibly
Hydroverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

8. Online Content & Intellectual Property
  • All Hydroverse content (videos, programs, plans, e-books, resources) is protected by copyright.
  • Content is provided for personal use only.
  • Redistribution, sharing, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Coaching Outcomes
  • Progress varies depending on individual factors including consistency, effort, and adherence.
  • Hydroverse does not guarantee specific results.
  • Coaching outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control.

10. Termination of Services
Hydroverse may suspend or terminate services if:
  • These Terms are breached
  • Payments are overdue
  • Behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate

11. Changes to Terms
Hydroverse reserves the right to amend these Terms.
The most current version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
